HOW much, I wonder, should the UK Government be fined for straying into matters devolved to the Scottish Government?

On recent form I suspect we’re due a few billion.

I am also sick of being told that in Scotland the people are sovereign.

This counts, on a daily basis, for absolutely nothing. Our will and wishes are constantly overruled by the Westminster Parliament and its King.

The words of the Declaration of Arbroath are utterly meaningless – sorry.
