Angela Rayner is one of those traditional parliamentarians who, through her working-class roots (to which I myself hold dearly) has come up through the ranks to where she is today – unlike most of the UK Government, who swear by absolute entitlement to anything by way of long tradition and loadsamoney, inherited in the main and increasingly swindled through position.
