CELTIC winger Mikey Johnston had to be brought off in the 54th minute of Celtic’s Scottish Cup clash with Raith Rovers at Parkhead.

The home side were leading 1-0 thanks to Liam Scales’ excellent first-half finish before Johnston picked up his injury.

The winger seized up and could be seen feeling his hamstring as he realised his match was over.

As he made his way off the park, Johnston looked upset and headed straight for the tunnel.

The 22-year-old has previously spent a long time on the sidelines after suffering a ligament injury earlier in his career and he also tore his hamstring in pre-season.

Johnston has made 19 first-team appearances for Ange Postecoglou’s side this term and is contracted to the club until 2025.
