Aberdeen chief Dave Cormack has blasted Sky Sports for their 'humiliating' promo which aired before yesterday's clash between the Dons and Celtic - which showed 22 Hoops goals against their opponents and ZERO Aberdeen strikes.
Cormack was furious at the 'one-sided' coverage in Celtic's favour and claimed the broadcasters failed in their duty to promote Scottish football as a whole, instead pandering to their Glasgow audience.
Really disappointed at Sky. To spend all week creating a one-sided promo that tries to humiliate any club goes against Sky’s commitment to help promote & grow the SPFL. Thanks for the motivation & for showing our 3 goals today! BTW team name is spelt ABERDEEN! Apology on its way? https://t.co/m2kUkOMhiy

The minute-long clip also showed Neil Lennon and his players celebrating and Celts winning the league at Pittodrie while showing absolutely no attacking footie from the hosts at all, merely a dejected Derek McInnes when another Celtic goal went in.
Cormack tweeted: "Really disappointed at Sky. To spend all week creating a one-sided promo that tries to humiliate any club goes against Sky’s commitment to help promote & grow the SPFL. Thanks for the motivation & for showing our 3 goals today! BTW team name is spelt ABERDEEN! Apology on its way?"
Dons and Celtic played out a 3-3 draw with Lewis Ferguson bagging two penalties and Ryan Hedges netting for the home side.
Callum McGregor, Leigh Griffiths and Ryan Christie scored for the visitors on a dramatic afternoon of football.
Why are you making commenting on The National only available to subscribers?
We know there are thousands of National readers who want to debate, argue and go back and forth in the comments section of our stories. We’ve got the most informed readers in Scotland, asking each other the big questions about the future of our country.
Unfortunately, though, these important debates are being spoiled by a vocal minority of trolls who aren’t really interested in the issues, try to derail the conversations, register under fake names, and post vile abuse.
So that’s why we’ve decided to make the ability to comment only available to our paying subscribers. That way, all the trolls who post abuse on our website will have to pay if they want to join the debate – and risk a permanent ban from the account that they subscribe with.
The conversation will go back to what it should be about – people who care passionately about the issues, but disagree constructively on what we should do about them. Let’s get that debate started!
