FORMER England and Manchester city man Trevor Sinclair believes the signing of Shane Duffy could be significant.
The Brighton defender has joined Celtic on a season-long loan deal and said he was delighted to join the club he's “always loved”.
And Sinclair, who's mum is from Sligo and stepdad supports Celtic, thinks Duffy could be a big player for Neil Lennon’s side this year.

He told talkSPORT: "I think Lenny has needed that extra bit of cover.
"And with the class he brings from his experience in the Premier League I think he will do superbly well up there.
"If you can keep clean sheets I think that is the basis of a championship winning squad.
"If he plays in there, and they keep some more clean sheets I think the ten in a row could become a reality."

Duffy himself referenced the significance of this season for Celtic as they chase their tenth straight title, he said: “It’s a huge season. I don’t need a reason to go to Celtic but if there ever was one it’s this season and the chance to make history.”
