Hibs striker Florian Kamberi looks set to leave Easter Road this summer with clubs from around Europe monitoring his progress.
The Swiss star had a decent loan spell at Rangers, making nine appearances and scoring once.
Gers have not slammed the door shut on the potential of making the move permanent but now they face opposition over any move from clubs in the English Championship, Poland, Germany and further afield.
One stumbling block is understood to be the lack of serious budget for many clubs around the globe amid the coronavirus pandemic.
And, given that Rangers did not secure a future fee in the initial loan deal, a permanent switch now looks unlikely.
Kamberi, 25, was previously tracked by Brentford and is understood to be interesting Lech Poznan among other top clubs.
