FRASER FORSTER: First thing he did was pick the ball out of the net after Brophy’s opener. Made brilliant save from deflected Brophy effort and then pulled off an impressive penalty save from Power. 8

MORITZ BAUER: Got down the line well and swung in a few decent crosses. Played superb pass into the path of Edouard for Celtic’s second. Good day for the full-back. 7

CHRISTOPHER JULLIEN: Failed to match the run of Brophy at opener and distribution wasn’t as crisp as he might have liked. Not at his sharpest and seemed to lack a little concentration before limping off late on. 5

KRISTOFFER AJER: Got over his error in midweek with a solid enough showing, although will be disappointed he couldn’t stop Brophy from spoiling a potential clean sheet. Urged on his teammates after going a goal down and showed leadership. 6

BOLI BOLINGOLI: Posted missing at Killie opener down his side but was decent going forward and provided the cross that eventually led to Celtic’s third. 6

SCOTT BROWN: Celtic captain showed no signs of fatigue from Thursday night’s match in France, getting on the ball and looking to dictate the game. Passing was good and always made himself available Harshly penalised for late penalty, but Forster made sure justice was served. 7

CALLUM MCGREGOR: So lively in the middle of the park, always looking to get on the ball and make a telling pass. An impressive performance from the Scotland man. 8

RYAN CHRISTIE: Blotted his copybook by picking up a booking for simulation as he hurdled a challenge from O’Donnell, but his attacking contribution was impressive as always and got himself on the scoresheet with the third. 7

OLIVIER NTCHAM: Was a little muted in first half but had wonderful curling effort saved just after the break and was a little more involved after that. No questioning his quality when he gets in the mood. 7

JAMES FORREST: Signalled his intent with four shots on goal in opening 25 minutes, including one off the face of the post. Thought he had scored Celtic’s third, but was denied by incredible stop by Branescu. 7

ODSONNE EDOUARD: Gets the ball, scores a goal. Dragged Celtic level by burying a downward header from six yards before giving them the lead with cool finish when played in by Bauer. 9

SUBSTITUTES
