BORIS Johnson has told the world that the UK is not a corrupt country, but does anyone believe him?

With scandals swirling around the Tory government and its MPs, Riddoch has a closer look at the outrage around Geoffrey Cox and finds that most worryingly of all, he didn’t break a single rule.

Cox used taxpayer money to pay off a mortgage on one London property, which he now rents out. At the same time, he continues to claim taxpayer money to rent out another flat for himself.

As if his MP paycheck wasn’t generous enough, or the £6 million he’s reportedly earned since 2005.

Is there anything the constituents of Geoffrey Cox can do to oust their MP and install someone who treats their interests as his first priority?

Is there any way Scotland can show it expects better?
