IN what can only be termed as the pinnacle of a succession of poor, bad and out right awful statements made by Murdo Fraser his comments about deploying of tanks to deal with COP26 protesters clearly shows he is not in full control of his reason. He needs to resign pure and simple, there is absolutely no room to try and joke about pitching tanks against protesters not unless he cheered on when the Chinese authorities did what they did in Tiananmen Square?
Some rule must exist in the conduct book for MSPs because clearly he is unfit to hold public office.

The other side of that coin is of course given the disgusting treatment of veterans by a succession of Westminster administrations. What makes him think that those serving now would comply with any orders to go up against unarmed civilians?
Livid, disgusted and several more unprintable adjectives goes only a small way to express how I feel about this.
