Rangers midfielder Lyall Cameron is reportedly in line for a shock move to Dundee United.

According to The Daily Record, the former Dundee ace is being eyed for a move to Tannadice before Thursday's deadline.

Cameron spent the second half of last season on loan at Aberdeen but has not played a minute for Rangers since returning in the summer.

He was on the bench for both matches against Jablonec.

Now, though, Cameron could cross the Dundee divide with discussions ongoing over a loan deal. It's reported he was still in training with Rangers on Tuesday morning.

In all, Cameron has played 10 times for Rangers since signing from Dundee, scoring one goal.
