THE seven MSPs sent to Holyrood from the Central Scotland and Lothians West regional list have been announced.

The list is meant to “top up” a party’s representation so that its number of MSPs more accurately reflect its vote share in the region.

There are 10 constituencies in the Central Scotland and Lothians West region. The SNP won all 10 of them.

The nine constituencies in the Central Scotland and Lothians West region and their new MSPs:

  • Airdrie: SNP, Neil Gray
  • Almond Valley: SNP, Angela Constance
  • Bathgate: SNP, Pauline Stafford
  • Coatbridge and Chryston: SNP, Fulton MacGregor
  • Cumbernauld and Kilsyth: SNP, Jamie Hepburn
  • Falkirk East and Linlithgow: SNP, Martyn Day
  • Falkirk West: SNP, Gary Bouse
  • Motherwell and Wishaw: SNP, Clare Adamson
  • Uddingston and Bellshill: SNP, Steven Bonnar

The Central Scotland and Lothians West regional list votes for 2026 were:

  • SNP: 86,809 votes
  • Tories: 19,450 votes
  • Greens: 34,415 votes
  • LibDems: 12,830 votes
  • Labour: 57,103 votes
  • Reform: 58,334 votes
