A FLIGHT heading to Edinburgh Airport was forced to abort its landing due to strong winds before rerouting to Manchester.
EasyJet flight EZY61AL left Lisbon Airport at around 11.33pm on Tuesday and was due to land in Edinburgh at 2.20pm.
The flight tracker shows the plane descending to 375 feet on approach to the airport before aborting it's landing before climbing again and heading south.

An EasyJet spokesperson said: “Flight EZY3322 from Lisbon to Edinburgh this afternoon diverted to Manchester due to winds gusting outside the limits of the aircraft and so we have arranged onward coach transfers for customers to continue their journey to Edinburgh.
“The safety and wellbeing of our customers and crew is our highest priority and while this was outside of our control, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused by the weather.”
The Airbus A320-214 first made a loop from Edinburgh to Glasgow before flying over the West coast to Manchester where it landed at around 3.18pm.
It was previously listed on FlightRadar as being diverted to London Gatwick Airport.
