LABOUR have been slammed by the SNP for only including an image of the England football team in a new social media post.
The party’s official account shared a series of images on Wednesday in the form of a 2026 “vision board” – a collage of images, words, and symbols representing your goals and dreams.
Included is one of several England football players – presumably a nod to the national team participating in the World Cup, which will take place later this year.

But Scotland, who have also qualified, as well as still possible qualifiers Wales and Northern Ireland are all absent.
This has led the SNP to hit out at the post, saying that Labour have “firmly nailed their colours to the mast”.
“Despite the fact that all four home nations could be competing at this year’s World Cup finals, Labour have already firmly nailed their colours to the mast,” a party spokesperson told The National.
“This comes as no surprise from a Labour Party which has consistently stepped in to support industry in England while failing to provide any support whatsoever for Scottish industry.”
