A MAN has been charged after a major road in Glasgow was locked down by police.
Eglinton Street was shut northbound, near the O2 Academy, between Cook Street and Wallace Street while emergency services attended the scene of a three-vehicle crash.
The collision, involving a Skoda, a Range Rover and a Vauxhall Zafira, took place at around 1.50pm on Friday.
One passenger from the Range Rover was attended to by paramedics at the scene.
Police said none of those involved in the crash required hospital treatment at the time.

The male driver of the Skoda has been charged and is the subject of a report to the Procurator Fiscal for alleged road traffic offences.
Officers confirmed the road has since re-opened.
Eglinton Street, in the Southside, is a major artery in and out of the city.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 1.50pm on Friday, January 2, 2026, police were called to a three-car crash, involving a Skoda, a Range Rover and a Vauxhall Zafira on Eglinton Street, Glasgow.
"One passenger from the Range Rover was attended to by paramedics at the scene. No-one reported as needing hospital treatment at the time.
"The male driver of the Skoda has been charged and is the subject of a report to the Procurator Fiscal for alleged road traffic offences.
"The road is open."
