A POPULAR holiday park in the Highlands has won a top regional tourism award for the third year in a row.
Ben Nevis Holiday Park, near Fort William, was crowned the Best Large Relax and Explore destination in Scotland by the UK holiday giant Hoseasons’s annual award ceremony.
The annual awards, which celebrated its 19th year running, highlight holiday parks, lodge resorts and boating locations that have achieved the highest scores in independent guest satisfaction surveys throughout the 2025 season.
Other Scottish winners included Gadgirth Estate Lodges in Annbank – which won Best Small Lodge Escape destination in Scotland, Lilliardsedge Holiday Park in Jedburgh – which won Best Large Lodge Escape destination in Scotland, and Whitecairn Holiday Park in Glenluce – which was awarded Best Small Relax and Explore destination.

Ben Nevis Holiday Park won the prize for Best Large Relax and Explore destination in Scotland for the third year in a row, with the company’s director, Andrew Campbell, praising his staff for the accolade.
“We are very proud of this award,” he said.
“Our team always goes above and beyond to make sure our guests have a fantastic break when they stay with us, so it’s brilliant to see that hard work recognised in this way.”
The holiday park offers visitors to the area an array of lodging options including hot tub lodges, caravans, pods and sites for tents and caravans.
It also offers guests spectacular views of Ben Nevis, the highest mountain in the UK.
Ben Nevis was once an active volcano which exploded and collapsed inwards on itself millions of years ago, and the famous peak now attracts 125,000 walkers a year.
Commenting after presenting the award in front of more than 600 operators and industry suppliers, Neil Davies, director of commercial and business development at Hoseasons, said: “These locations continually go above and beyond to delight our guests – something which is clearly reflected in their excellent review scores.
“We are grateful for their continuing partnership and wish them all the very best for another great year in 2026.”
