IT was absolute pandemonium across the country after Scotland sensationally qualified for next summer’s World Cup.
Our unbelievable 4-2 win over Denmark at Hampden last night led to wild celebrations.
This included quite a number of Scottish celebrities – from sports legends to Hollywood stars.
Just take our very own tennis superstar Andy Murray.

The Dunblane man was as delighted as we all were after Scott McTominay’s incredible bicycle kick goal.
“What on earth was that,” he said on Twitter/X.
“McTominay you wee dancer!”

After the match, he then added: “Yessssssssssssssssssss! Never in doubt Scotland. North America here we come.”
Another big sporting name, golfer Robert MacIntyre, was even at the match.
“World Cup here we come,” he wrote on Instagram.
The Ryder Cup hero also shared a video celebrating from the stands and waving his scarf.
Actor James McAvoy also shared a video in his Scotland top after the game.
“Never a penalty. Always four goals. Denmark, you can watch this on BBC Scotland. On ITV Scotland, “ he said.
“You can watch it, it’s on Premier Sports. You can watch us on Sky Sports. You can watch us on illegal channels. Because we’re going to the World Cup.”
