POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a woman was allegedly subjected to threatening and abusive behaviour while on an Inverclyde bus with her baby.
The incident is said to have taken place on a McGill’s service between Greenock and Gourock at around 1.10pm on March 20.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “An incident took place on board a McGill's bus in which a young female was allegedly the victim of threatening and abusive behaviour whilst with her baby.
“We believe there were a number of passengers on board who may have spoken to the victim and may have heard the comments made.”
Those who can assist officers are asked to contact 101 quoting incident number 2083 of March 20.
