ACTIVISTS across Scotland are set to gather this weekend to call for a ceasefire in Gaza.
The Gaza Genocide Emergency Committee (GGEC) - a group made up of multiple organisations – organised five demonstrations to take place on Saturday.
It comes as more than 30,000 Palestinians have been killed since October 7, with an estimated 85% displaced.
The planned protests are:
- Glasgow: 12pm, George Square
- Edinburgh: 1pm, Foot of the Mound
- Dundee: 2pm, City Square
- Aberdeen: 11am, 163 Union Street
