Kwon Hyeok-kyu has reportedly agreed a long-term contract at Celtic.
The midfielder, 22, is set to make the switch to Parkhead this summer.
It's claimed Kwon and fellow target Yang Hyun-jun will join up with the Celtic squad in Japan this week after finalising transfer moves.
Sky Sports reporter Anthony Joseph claims Kwon has penned a "long-term deal at Celtic" with a transfer fee in the region of £850,000.
The journalist reported on Twitter: "Busan IPark midfielder Hyeok-kyu Kwon has agreed terms on a long-term deal with Celtic.
"It’s understood the fee is around £850,000.
"Celtic have landed in Japan today, where it’s expected Kwon and fellow countryman Hyun-jun Yang will join the squad after signing."
It comes after Busan IPark manager Park Jin-seop admitted Kwon is set to leave the club in the coming days.
He explained: "It's unfortunate, but the player's future comes first, and growth comes first."

Kwon is thrilled at the prospect of his move to Celtic as he revealed his dream move comes after watching Ki Sung-Yeung in action at Parkhead.
He explained: "This is a dream come true for me.
"I used to watch Ki Sung-Yueng as a kid when he was at Celtic. He was an amazing player. As a child, I looked up to him and admired him.
"So it's a great feeling to go there too."
On the move to Europe, he added: "I know it won't be easy in Europe and I have heard it isn't simple living abroad either. But I am determined I will be a better player.
"I think I have grown as a defensive midfielder and I think Celtic must have liked what they saw when they watched me because I have done not too badly in that position."
Yang, meanwhile, is set to be announced by Celtic in the near future.
His club Gangwon announced his departure last week with a move to Celtic in the works.
A club social media post read: "Yang Hyun-jun to Celtic's transfer has been confirmed.
"Here is a greeting from player Hyun-jun Yang: After today's game everyone please stay with me until the end🧡"
Why are you making commenting on The National only available to subscribers?
We know there are thousands of National readers who want to debate, argue and go back and forth in the comments section of our stories. We’ve got the most informed readers in Scotland, asking each other the big questions about the future of our country.
Unfortunately, though, these important debates are being spoiled by a vocal minority of trolls who aren’t really interested in the issues, try to derail the conversations, register under fake names, and post vile abuse.
So that’s why we’ve decided to make the ability to comment only available to our paying subscribers. That way, all the trolls who post abuse on our website will have to pay if they want to join the debate – and risk a permanent ban from the account that they subscribe with.
The conversation will go back to what it should be about – people who care passionately about the issues, but disagree constructively on what we should do about them. Let’s get that debate started!
