US President Joe Biden got Scotland mixed up with England at a global press conference.

In a clip that has gone viral on social media, the 79-year-old was delivering a speech in Massachusetts yesterday and began addressing the climate crisis.

While explaining that over 100 nations came together in the city for the COP26 climate conference in November 2021, President Biden said that Glasgow was in England.

He said: "We got 100 nations together to agree that — at the major conference in Glasgow, England."

He quickly corrected himself and said: "I mean, Scotland, to change the emissions policy we have."

Biden previously came under fire for pronouncing Glasgow as 'Glass Cow' in the opening speech of the climate summit.
