Braveheart actor Mel Gibson is in Glasgow
BRAVEHEART actor Mel Gibson has landed in Glasgow ahead of a special event later this week.
The 66-year-old's private jet was spotted as it landed in the city's airport.
He is in town for An Experience With Mel Gibson, an exclusive event held this Sunday at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Glasgow Central.
It is described as "a true once in a lifetime opportunity to get up close to one of the most significant names in Hollywood, and listen to his story live and unscripted for the first time anywhere in the world".
The company behind the evening posted the video of the start's plane arriving in Scotland.
The post read: "Look who’s just landed!!!!
"Mel Gibson has arrived in Glasgow.
"Not long to go."
