Aberdeen South MP Stephen Flynn rapped the Government over the 'great renewables robbery'
STEPHEN Flynn has slammed the UK Government for performing a "great renewables robbery" on the Scottish renewables industry.
The party’s spokesperson for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy at Westminster, highlighted the “gross injustice” in a charging system that sees Scottish renewables companies paying the highest rates in Europe to connect to the national grid, while similar projects in the south-east of England are are actually paid to connect.
