A SCOTTISH chef who has appeared on Masterchef: The Professionals will be providing the eats for world leaders at the G7 meeting this weekend.
Adam Handling, who owns several restaurants across London, has put together the menu for world leaders including US president Joe Biden and German Chancellor Angela Merkel.
Handling started his restaurant career at Gleneagles 16 years ago, before moving on to become the youngest ever head chef at the Fairmont in St Andrews.

The award-winning chef and 10 colleagues from his flagship venue, Frog, will be serving breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea to the world leaders at the prestigious Carbis Bay Hotel and Estate in St Ives.
Handling’s newest venture, Ugly Butterfly, is set to open there later this summer. The team at the sustainability-focused restaurant aim to become 100% zero-waste, a fitting venue ahead of the COP26 climate summit in Glasgow which leaders will attend later this year.

The 32-year-old will be offering up a reference to his Scottish roots in the menu, with haggis and Balmoral chicken mousse one of the meals planned.
Dover sole with scallop roe and cultured butter, cream teas and pineapple weed and celeriac desserts are also on the menu.
Handling said cooking for the leaders of Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the UK and US was “massive”, but he feels “confident they’ll like the food”.
