Boy in hospital following West End train station assault as platforms locked down
A BOY is in hospital after he was assaulted at a train station.
Cops locked down Anniesland train station this afternoon after the attack.
A forensic officer was seen taking pictures of the scene on the westbound platform.
The teenager's condition is not yet known.
Trains were passing through the West End station after police taped off the area.
A spokeswoman for the British Transport Police said: "Officers were called to Anniesland station shortly after 4pm on May 7 following reports of an assault.
"A teenage boy has been taken to hospital for treatment.
"Enquiries are ongoing."
