THE latest Scottish Parliament election poll predicts Nicola Sturgeon’s party will secure a majority at tomorrow’s vote.

Ipsos MORI’s survey, carried out from April 30-May 3, puts SNP support in the constituencies at 50%, down three points on last month’s poll. According to Ballot Box Scotland, this would result in the SNP securing 69 seats, four more than what is required for a majority.

The party’s list support is up one point to 39%, the poll said.

Meanwhile the Scottish Greens are at 12% in the regional list, which would give them 12 seats according to Ballot Box Scotland. This marked no change from the firm’s previous poll carried out March 29-April 4.
