Paloma Faith: As I Am (BBC2, 9pm)

SINGER Paloma Faith has enjoyed international success and multi-million album sales, which takes a lot of hard work. But in recent years, it has become even tougher as she’s found herself juggling the demands of her career with motherhood.

This documentary follows Paloma on an emotional journey as she attempts to combine a make-or-break tour, writing a new album and getting into acting with being a first-time mum.

While not everyone will have to return after their maternity leave to expectations that they are about to break America and Australia, many of the struggles she faces will strike a chord with other working mums.
Contributors include Rag’n’Bone Man, Ty Taylor and Jonas Blue as well as her band, management and family members.

Beat the Chasers – Celebrity Special (STV, 8.30pm)

FORMER EastEnder Shaun Williamson, athlete Christine Ohuruogu and comedian Joe Pasquale are among the brave celebrities taking on the Chasers in this charity special. They won’t be facing the whole team – sadly, Paul Sinha was ill at the time of recording and unable to take part. However, resident quiz experts Mark Labbett, Anne Hegerty, Shaun Wallace, Jenny Ryan and Darragh Ennis are still a pretty formidable line-up. As ever, Bradley Walsh will be asking the questions and giving the celebs a bit of moral support.

Keeping Faith (BBC1, 9pm)

THIS drama can claim to be a genuine word-of-mouth hit. It was first broadcast in Welsh with the title Un Bore Mercher on S4C in 2017, before the English version was broadcast on BBC Wales.

However, it was on iPlayer where the series really took off, becoming the service’s most downloaded non-network show. So, perhaps it’s not surprising that it was subsequently shown nationwide – and that the highly anticipated third and final series is going out on primetime Saturday nights.

It begins as Faith (Eve Myles) is dealing with a custody battle and an unwanted visitor. Work is also stressful as her new law firm takes on the case of a boy with a brain tumour, whose parents wish to overrule a local hospital trust.

Grace Kelly’s Missing Millions (C5, 9pm)

WHEN Grace Kelly died, her assets seemingly amounted to just $10,000 and a ramshackle cottage in Ireland. In this programme, financial guru Gemma Godfrey is on the hunt for Grace Kelly’s missing millions.

She takes a look at Grace’s privileged financial upbringing, her difficult relationship with her father, her struggle for self-sufficiency in New York, her head for business when negotiating her own contracts, and how, even though she was worth millions to Monaco, earned little for herself. With unique access to Kelly family wills and archives, Godfrey crunches the numbers.
