ANOTHER 69 people have died in Scotland after contracting Covid-19, the Scottish Government has announced.
A further 758 cases were also recorded in the past 24 hours, with a positivity rate of 7.4%.
The deaths, among people who tested positive in the previous 28 days, bring the total under that measurement to 6181.
There are 1939 people in hospital with recently confirmed Covid-19, down by 19 in 24 hours.
Of those, the number of patients in intensive care remains unchanged at 143.

Of the new cases, 261 are in the Greater Glasgow and Clyde region, 138 are in Lanarkshire, 71 are in Forth Valley, 64 are in Ayrshire and Arran, and 63 are in Lothian.
The rest of the cases are spread out across seven other health board areas.
The Scottish Government also confirmed that 610,778 Scots have received their first dose of a Covid-19 vaccine, an increase of 34,881 from the day before.
It's the highest number of daily jags yet in Scotland.
Some 8345 people have also received their second jag.
