SCOTLAND has recorded another 1195 cases of coronavirus over the past 24 hours, according to the latest figures from the Scottish Government.
The figures also state that one further person who had tested positive for Covid in the previous 28 days has now died. This figure may be an underestimation as registry offices are generally closed on the weekend.
Over the past 24 hours, 19,339 tests have reported results with 7.4% of these coming back positive.
Across Scotland, 2011 people are in hospital with recently confirmed Covid-19. A total of 157 people are in intensive care.
According to the latest figures, 404,038 people in Scotland have received the first dose of the Covid vaccination, and 5383 have received their second dose.
