TWO modern £4 million office pavilions have been completed at Clyde Gateway’s successful Rutherglen Links Business Park.

Two and Three Rutherglen Links, part of a handful of speculative office developments under way across the country, are now on the market for tenants. Designed by architects Keppie and built by Clark Contracts, they offer a combined 15,000sq ft of accommodation and space for around 120 employees.

They are close to Rutherglen Station and are served by excellent public transport as well as generous levels of dedicated car parking, including accessible spaces and provision for electric charging. Shower facilities and cycle storage are also provided.

Clyde Gateway chief executive, Ian Manson, said: “This is great news for Rutherglen and the wider Clyde Gateway area – bringing up to a further 120 jobs to the business park.”
