National reader Andrew Gourlay captured this gorgeous shot on a dawn walk around Tentsmuir Forest in Fife.
Alex Orr of Edinburgh captured a misty morning over Edinburgh’s Royal Mile, with the statue of Scottish philosopher David Hume in the foreground and a mist enshrouded St Giles’ Cathedral in the background.
Kenneth Sutherland took this great shot from the summit of Beinn Challuim. He says: “As can be seen the weather was perfect for hill walking. The cloud level broke at around 300-400 metres, giving perfect views of the surrounding hills.”
