JEREMY Corbyn will not be fined £200 after public outrage for breaking the "rule of six" at a dinner party.
The MP and his wife were pictured with the guests at the gathering in London last weekend held to remember the late Occupy Wall Street organiser David Graeber. The photos were published in the Sun newspaper yesterday.
People not living with local lockdowns in England are free to go into others’ homes, however they must follow the “rule of six”.
Under this restriction, a maximum of six people from six different households can meet together and social distancing must be followed.

The group faced fines totalling up to £1800 but Scotland Yard confirmed the former Labour leader will not be fined, after it revealed that police will not retrospectively enforce coronavirus laws.
A spokesman said police did not issue fines retrospectively for breaches of coronavirus legislation to allow people the chance to listen to and follow advice.
