KEIR Starmer is in self-isolation after a member of his household showed symptoms of coronavirus.
The Labour leader will cmiss the debate on the Internal Market Bill as a result.
The household member has been tested for Covid-19, with Starmer forced to stay at home until the result is known.
The Labour chief, who appeared earlier on LBC Radio, is not said to be showing any symptoms.
A spokesman for said: "This morning Keir Starmer was advised to self isolate after a member of his household showed possible symptoms of the coronavirus.
"The member of his household has now had a test. In line with NHS guidelines, Keir will self-isolate while awaiting the results of the test and further advice from medical professionals."
Starmer had shared a studio with host Nick Ferrari during the LBC phone-in show this morning. The broadcaster has been alterted about the situation.
