Match of the Day Live (BBC Two, 5.30pm & BBC One, 7pm)

THE latest free-to-air Premier League match sees Norwich City striving for three priceless points against an Everton team that have clawed their way into mid-table safety since the arrival of Italian manager Carlo Ancelotti in December. The Canaries’ only away win of the season so far was at Goodison Park in November and completing the double over the Toffees tonight would give their chances of avoiding a return to the Championship a massive boost.

Bradley Walsh & Son: Breaking Dad (STV, 8pm)

AS anyone who saw the recent tribute to Bradley Walsh will testify, the star is a force of nature who seems as adept presenting game shows as he is playing it straight in dramas. This series of adventures has proved to be hugely entertaining as Brad and son Barney are put through their paces while travelling around at ITV’s expense. The latest in this run, which features the best of series one and two, sees them visit Key West in Florida, home to one of Bradley’s favourite writers, Ernest Hemingway.

The Railway 24/7 (C5, 9pm)

AS the fly-on-the-station wall documentary continues, cameras follow commercial director Darren. He launches a new scheme to deal with passengers not paying for tickets with on-the-spot fines and penalties. An abandoned rucksack on the Huddersfield to Manchester route has passengers on edge, so they raise the alarm. And we also take a look at the maintenance depot, where Carl and Steve are replacing a five-tonne bogie.

The Great British Sewing Bee (BBC1, 9pm)

THE contest reaches its final stage as the last three contestants take on a trio of celebration wear challenges before the winner is announced. Judges Patrick Grant and Esme Young start by challenging the sewers to make a little boys kilt without a pattern. In the transformation challenge, they each attempt to create fun outfits fit to wear at a carnival before making unique gowns. Last in the series.
