AN MP who represents Milton Keynes has been appointed the new Scotland Office Minister by Boris Johnson.
Milton Keynes South MP Iain Stewart was appointed to the role along with David Duguid, who represents Banff and Buchan.
The vacancy for Scotland Office Minister was created after Moray MP Douglas Ross resigned from his position over the Dominic Cummings row.
But his replacement has said he does not believe Cummings breached lockdown rules "in a premeditated way" when he travelled 250 miles from London to Durham.

Ross said: “Many congratulations to David Duguid and Iain Stewart as they join the outstanding team at the Scotland Office.
“I’ve worked with them both since my election in 2017 and know they will do a first-class job along with Scottish Secretary Alister Jack standing up for Scotland.”
Stewart was born in Scotland and worked for the Scottish Conservatives for 12 years, before becoming MP for Milton Keynes South in 2010.
Duguid entered parliament in 2017 after winning the Banff and Buchan seat which was previously held by the SNP for 30 years.
Both will report to Scottish Secretary Alistair Jack.
