Scottish rapper Darren McGarvey AKA Loki explained that the blame for the current drug crisis was widespread during last night's episode BBC's Debate Night. 

He explained that the key issue for Scotland’s drug addicts was that they do not get enough support from the Government because they are a “politically inconsequential” demographic.

If the people suffering were a more "electorally lucrative section of the population", he explained, "you best believe that that a national emergency would have been declared two years ago".
