Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs
The Snow White classic returns to Glasgow, led by Scottish comedian Greg McHugh – better known as Gary: Tank Commander. McHugh is joined by Emmy winning comedian and actress Doon Mackichan as the Wicked Queen and River City stars Leah MacRae and Frances Thorburn. Taking the stage of the SEC Armadillo, the show is packed full of magic, comedy, special effects and show-stopping performances.

Hogmanay at Sloans
Bring in the new year at one of Glasgow’s oldest pubs. Red Hot Highland Fling
This year's Red Hot Highland fling follows a similar approach to the successful 2018 event, bringing together local revellers and those from further afield. After first playing in 2013, Dorec-a-belle return to kick off the night. Award-winning folk rock band Torridon will be there to end the night, playing through the bells into 2020. Headliners of the evening Skippinish will be celebrating their 20th anniversary year and after selling out venues including the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall will ensure a ‘red hot’ highland fling.

Torchlight Procession
Take part in Edinburgh Hogmanay’s torchlight procession on Monday and blaze through Edinburgh alongside pipers and drummers as the procession makes its way through the heart of the Old Town. Culminating in Holyrood Park where all torchbearers come together to form an image of two people shaking hands which will be captured from the air and broadcast around the world. This family friendly event is sure to be an unforgettable.

Hogmanay in the Sky
Football fans and non-football fans alike will enjoy bringing in the new year at Tynecastle, complete with a great view of Edinburgh’s famous fireworks display. When guests arrive outside the Main Stand Reception, they will be greeted by a piper alongside fizz and canapes being served. Guests will then be escorted to the top floor for a four-course meal in their new Skyline Lounge. There will be live music from Brian Le Vell throughout the night before heading onto the roof terrace to watch the fireworks before heading inside for more live music to close out the night.

New Years Dook
A tradition apparently handed down by the fisher folk of Broughty Ferry, the traditional New Years Day Dook dates back to 1891. The dook has never been cancelled no matter the weather, and in 1989 the ice had to be broken with pick axes. The event has only grown over the years, attracting over 300 Dookers and 3000 spectators and this year is sure to be no exception.

Hogmanay at North Street
St Andrews Brewing Co is bringing Hogmanay to the small seaside town in a big way. Tickets include six drinks tokens, an appetiser buffet, dessert bar, live DJ and so much more. Across the screens throughout the bar, they’ll be showing the Hogmanay Street Party in Edinburgh while the DJ plays hits from the decade into the night. Earlier in the evening, they’re throwing a Kids’ Hogmanay Party for children 12 and under to have their chance to ring in the bells too.
