RUGBY fans not able to travel to France for this weekend’s Champion’s Cup tie will be able to mix with players at a Glasgow West End bar.

Members of the Glasgow Warriors squad not making the trip to La Rochelle on Saturday will be behind the bar at The Old Schoolhouse, in partnership with The Famous Grouse.

The Famous Grouse has already put star players Matt Fagerson and Ruaridh Jackson to the test ahead of the tie.

Glasgow Warriors managing director Nathan Bombrys said: “It’s great to have The Famous Grouse Fan Zone at The Old Schoolhouse as a venue for our supporters to follow the team when we’re away from home.

“This is a great initiative from our official whisky partner, The Famous Grouse, and I know our players are looking forward to watching the match.”
