MASTERCHEF judge Gregg Wallace and greengrocer Chris Bavin set out to help another family with their food shopping, showing them simple and effective ways to both save money and eat healthily. After snooping through their cupboards, they follow Nottinghamshire family the Waltons around the supermarket, watching them do their big shop, collecting evidence and creating a charge sheet of food crimes.

Live Brexit Referendum: Do We Want No Deal? (C5, 9pm)

BORIS Johnson has made a vow to take the UK out of the EU regardless of whether an exit deal has been agreed. Opposition parties including the SNP are fiercely opposed to this and have considered trying to ensure that Britain does not leave the EU without a deal. Tonight, on the eve of the Brexit summit in Brussels and with the October 31 withdrawal date looming, Jeremy Vine hosts a live debate asking members of the public if they want a No-Deal Brexit or not.

Grand Designs (Channel 4, 9pm)

KEVIN McCloud returns to Strathaven in Scotland to meet flying instructor Colin MacKinnon and his partner, hovercraft instructor and trapeze enthusiast Marta Briongos. The couple are part of the select few who can claim to own their own airfield. In fact, their love of flying is so great, they live on the airfield too. Their plan was to create an incredible metal sculptural home inspired by aircraft hangars next to the runway, but the difficulties of building their elegant design saw a year-long project become three.
