Here are the picks of tonight's TV...
The Great British Bake Off: An Extra Slice (Channel 4, 8pm)
JO Brand returns with a fresh helping of Bake Off analysis. As ever she’s joined by a panel of celebrity fans who will be dissecting all the action from the tent. Funnyman Tom Allen will be chatting to the studio audience bakers and taking a look at their weird and wonderful bakes. Frank Skinner, Stephen Mangan and Scarlett Moffatt give their opinions on episode one and no doubt offer their views on those they think will go the distance.
Mortimer & Whitehouse: Gone Fishing (BBC2, 8pm)
PAUL Whitehouse and Bob Mortimer fly to Enniskillen, Co Fermanagh, to fish for pike, which eluded them in the previous series. They take to the waters of Lough Erne in their search for this mighty fish, guided by the very experienced Pascal. Paul demonstrates how to perform life-saving CPR and Bob gives him a glimpse into his future by telling his fortune.
Fosse/Verdon (BBC2, 9pm)
THE stress gets to Bob as he finishes the editing of Lenny, which has overrun. As Chicago rehearsals begin Bob experiences chest pains and visits a hospital emergency room. Gwen arranges with a Broadway-loving doctor that Bob is given his own room, and assures him that Chicago won’t proceed until he is better.
Lethal Weapon (STV, 9pm)
COLE’S former mentor Tom Barnes appears with alarming news, as he and Murtaugh set about investigating the robbery of safe deposit boxes. Meanwhile, Murtaugh encounters his wife’s new client Louie Gutierrez. – who is immediately a strong adversary. Action drama, starring Damon Wayans and Seann William Scott, with Chandler Kinney.
The Rob Rinder Verdict (C4, 10pm)
JUDGE Rinder, also known as Rob, applies his extensive know-how to take a swipe at the news in his own unique way. There’s no surprise to find Channel 4 comedy favourites Katherine Ryan, Big Narstie and Tom Allen will be popping up at some point during the run.
