Eat Well for Less, BBC1, 7pm

THIS week we meet Hampshire couple James and Rianna Drew and their kids, three-year-old Tallulah-Belle, and one-year-old Penelope. Tallulah-Belle has chronic lung disease, and mum and dad spent more than two years in hospital with her while living on convenience freezer food and takeaways. Their diets haven’t changed much since she came home. Greg Wallace and Chris Bavin observe the duo as they do their weekly shop, and are stunned by some of the items they buy.

Celebrity Crystal Maze, C4, 8pm

RICHARD Ayoade guides a squad of well-known faces around the four zones of the Maze, tackling a range of skill, mystery, physical and mental challenges in a bid to secure elusive crystals as rewards for success. Actor and model Nancy Sorrell assumes the role of captain, alongside comedian Vic Reeves, reality TV star Ferne McCann, former international cricketer Graeme Swann and comedian Susan Calman as her team-mates.

Charley Pride: I’m Just Me, BBC4, 9.30pm

THIS one-off traces the journey of the musician, from his beginnings as a sharecropper’s son on a cotton farm in segregated Sledge, Mississippi to his rise as a groundbreaking country music star. Charley Pride arrived in Nashville in 1963 while the city was rocked with sit-ins and racial violence. But with perseverance and musical talent, he parlayed a series of fortuitous encounters with music industry insiders into a wealth of hit singles.

Shipmates, C4, 11.05pm

NEW series of a ship-based game show, which sees twenty-somethings head to the Mediterranean to hold a party on a lavish cruise liner and complete a series of physical and mental challenges in order to be crowned the most popular team. Setting sail from Barcelona, the ship, carrying 1500 passengers, will sail the Med via Cannes, Corsica, party islands Ibiza and Palma, before heading back to Barcelona.
