Julian Assange spent almost seven years in the embassy
AFTER almost seven years inside the Ecuadorian Embassy in London, Julian Assange has been arrested and removed by British police.
The WikiLeaks founder sought refuge in the embassy in a bid to avoid extradition to Sweden.

He was detained after the Ecuadorian government withdrew his asylum.
