SCOTS have been sharing their fury on Twitter over the BBC's decision to cut away the SNP's Westminster leader Ian Blackford TWICE in just four hours.
As Blackford issued key responses to Theresa May in the crucial Brexit debate, the BBC's live coverage on its main channel both times went back to the studio, rather than let viewers see his contributions.
As the third biggest party at Westminster and Scotland's largest party, it made viewers from north of the Border furious.
On social media, people made their anger known.

The BBC just faded out and cut out @IanBlackfordMP relaying to PMS defeat on Brexit. Sadly, this to expected, but should never be accepted. @theSNP @drewhendrySNP @PeterMurrell @NicolaSturgeon pic.twitter.com/zbAd61My6b

BBC talk over Ian Blackford MP again. Apparently a presenter's chat is more important than hearing from the leader of the UK Parliament's 3rd biggest party at such a serious moment in history. #Brexit

Same old story with the broadcasters cutting away when Ian Blackford stood up to speak. They just don’t give a solitary shit. They absolutely deserve to be left to argue amongst themselves with their Brexit chaos as a single entity of a state on this island

Yet again. If the SNP aren’t publicised Westminster can pretend they don’t exist

I see that the Spectator/BBC News special is not covering Ian Blackford's point of order.

#bbc Once again BBC have Andrew Neil talk over Ian Blackford just as he is called to comment on the Government defeat.

This is yet another disgraceful act by tbe BBC against the voice of Scotland.

An absolute outrage by the BBC, coverage of Mays statement, full coverage of Corbyns response, the very second of Ian Blackfords response & cameras cut to Andrew Neil to listen to him drivel on. Once again the SNP voices silenced deliberately on TV #BBCbias #indyref2 #Brexit

Typical of BBC, cut away from Ian Blackford, couldn’t make it any clearer that the Scottish voice doesn’t matter. Disgusted!

Typical BBC. Ten minutes plenty for Rees Mogg and Chuka Umunna. Two seconds for the SNP and then we cut to pub in Luton.#indyref2

BBC producer: "Cut to Andrew Neill"
If I was an SNP supporter I'd be a bit miffed #brexit #BBC
Time and again, we see politicians from south of the Border utterly ignorant of the Scottish political landscape. Is it any wonder, with coverage like this?
Why are you making commenting on The National only available to subscribers?
We know there are thousands of National readers who want to debate, argue and go back and forth in the comments section of our stories. We’ve got the most informed readers in Scotland, asking each other the big questions about the future of our country.
Unfortunately, though, these important debates are being spoiled by a vocal minority of trolls who aren’t really interested in the issues, try to derail the conversations, register under fake names, and post vile abuse.
So that’s why we’ve decided to make the ability to comment only available to our paying subscribers. That way, all the trolls who post abuse on our website will have to pay if they want to join the debate – and risk a permanent ban from the account that they subscribe with.
The conversation will go back to what it should be about – people who care passionately about the issues, but disagree constructively on what we should do about them. Let’s get that debate started!
