Independence groups are invited to help the new organisation
PROGRESS Scotland is appealing for public support to fund its work.

The new organisation will use the cash to commission “public opinion polling, focus groups and other research to better understand how people’s views are changing in Scotland”.
Anyone seeking to support this can subscribe at rates of £2, £5 or £10 per month. Those who sign up will receive regular updates. The body is also accepting other one-off or regular contributions.

Why are you making commenting on The National only available to subscribers?
We know there are thousands of National readers who want to debate, argue and go back and forth in the comments section of our stories. We’ve got the most informed readers in Scotland, asking each other the big questions about the future of our country.
