FIRST we allowed Campaign Fear to derail our referendum for independence. Now it is Campaign Smear which is trying to derail our campaign to rejoin Europe as an independent Scotland.
This time we mustn’t let politically motivated attacks deter us from the way forward. With the media in their pocket we must disregard the continual insinuations that the Unionists are feeding to the media.
We must remember that it was the civil servants who made fools of themselves, not our ministers.
It is time to back our leaders, not revile them, if we are to escape from the mess that Westminster has landed us in and be free to rejoin our friends in Europe.
This is time to get up and go; not time for petty squabbles.

Why are you making commenting on The National only available to subscribers?
