The National:

The Jouker really struggled to watch this video without shouting at the computer.

SNP MP Joanna Cherry took Tory MP Chris Heaton-Harris to task over the awarding of a £14 million contract to Seaborne Freight, who have been contracted to run ferries in a no-Deal Brexit situation despite having no ferries.

Cherry asked the Under Secretary of State at the Department for Exiting the European Union why the contract had been granted under "urgent" procedures despite the UK Government preparing for a No Deal Brexit for the past two years.

He won't answer the question. Repeatedly.

When Heaton-Harris finally gets round to answering a question, it's with a snarky "Well there you go" when he's told the Transport Secretary also refused to answer any queries.

The member of the pro-Brexit European Research Group also raised eyebrows last year when he wrote to Universities asking for the names of academics teaching about European Affairs.

What a shambles...
