Graffiti painted on a billboard may have got a few laughs yesterday after it took aim at Labour MP Dennis Skinner.

Earlier in the week, Skinner caused a minor stooshie after calling an SNP MP a "piece of sh*t" during a debate in the House of Commons.

Clearly, the anonymous artist responsible for the graffiti wasn't happy about the interaction, so took to the billboard behind Glasgow's Partick train station to proclaim "Dennis Skinner is a big jobby".

Twitter user @Paul4Jags shared a tweet with an image of the graffiti yesterday.

Other similar graffiti has appeared in Glasgow before, such as the well-liked "Boris Johnson is a pure fanny" post which, after it was painted over, was replaced by "Boris Johnson is STILL a pure fanny".

SNP MP Stewart McDonald was the original target for Skinner's ire. Earlier in the week he tweeted: "A new parliamentary habit seems to be forming, whereby any time an SNP MP sat behind Dennis Skinner verbalises any frustration about what Jeremy Corbyn says, he angrily turns round to tell us off.

"He has just turned round and called me a 'piece of shit'. He has become a thug."

Stewart McDonald's whereabouts yesterday are currently unknown.
