PHILIP Hammond is ready to announce a new budget today.
Yes, it could collapse if Brexit doesn't go well, but don't think about that! Instead, look at this shiny new 50p coin that's going to be minted to commemorate the very act that could also... destroy the budget.
Hang on, did we think this through?
The brand new coin will be released at the end of March next year and looks remarkably like a throwing star; presumably we'll be expected to use them as such when the food shortages start and we have to fight to survive.
The final design has the words "Friendship with all nations" written on one side. However, Twitter users have been quick to provide some of their own designs that they felt better summed up the Brexit process.
