During First Minister's Questions each week the leader of the Scottish Labour party will ask why the Scottish Government aren't doing something - only to find out the power to do so is still held by Westminster.

Sarah Mackie has pulled together a compilation of all the times Nicola Sturgeon has called on Richard Leonard to call for more powers for Holyrood to make the changes he keeps asking for.
