RELEASED last year, the self-titled debut album by We Came From Wolves is stuffed to the gunwales with singalong choruses that have boosted the Glasgow-based alt-rockers up the ones-to-watch list.

Ruiner, with its smack-punch guitar riff and harsh, self-appraising lyrics, is the latest single to be lifted from the album. It’s out tomorrow on Saraseto Records, alongside a hard-hitting video, which can be streamed on the band’s Facebook page.

The band headlines Sneaky Pete’s in Edinburgh on Saturday, April 23, as part of the city’s inaugural Big Discovery festival.

Other acts confirmed include Jakil, The Rising Souls, Kelvin, Indigo Velvet, Schnarff Schnarff, The Moon Kids, Aaron Wright and Hannah Lou Clark. The festival also takes in stages at Cabaret Voltaire and The Mash House. Details about the full line-up and wristband tickets can be found at thebigdiscovery.co.uk.
