I WAS saddened and disappointed that I was unable to find any report on the World Juniors Curling Championships 2023 in Fussen, Germany.

The finals were played on Saturday.

The Scotland woman’s team won the gold medal: Japan 7, Scotland 10.

The winning team was Fay Henderson (Skip), Roby Munro, Holly Wilkie-Milne and Laura Watt (Lead).

The Scotland men’s team won the bronze medal: Norway 4, Scotland 11.

The winning team was Orrin Carson (Skip), Logan Carson, Archie Hyslop and Charlie Gibb (Lead).

Acknowledgement for the juniors must be a good motivation for going on to represent their country again.
